19.09.23 The armed forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan shelled the civilian population of Artsakh, which has been under humanitarian blockade for more than 9 months.
    In the created situation, our compatriots living in Artsakh were displaced to Armenia, having no means of living.
     It is necessary to help them with food, warm clothes, medicine, places to live. Among them there are adults and children.
